Banter wanted a patio with some personality. Not a standard restaurant enclosure, something that actually felt worth sitting in. The horizontal cedar slats work as a screen more than a barrier. You're outside, you're enclosed, but you can still see out. Connected to the street without being on it. That street just happens to face a parking lot… But it's a good looking parking lot.
