Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Custom or Limited Edition Pieces: Custom orders, one-of-a-kind works, or limited-edition releases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Special circumstances may be accepted - email us at hello@nookstudio.co with your situation and we will do our best to work with you!
Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@nookstudio.co with your order details. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damage in Transit: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can file a claim and arrange a resolution.
